At the Houston Racquet Club Fitness Center we continually strive to offer our Members the latest quality programming in the industry.
Our staff of highly qualified professionals offer group exercise classes and personal training in an effort to assist every Member in obtaining their fitness goals.
Our Fitness Center is equipped with a complete circuit of Cybex strength machines for a total body workout and free weights to round out your strength options. We have treadmills, elliptical trainers, stairmasters recumbent and upright bikes for cardiovascular training. Our cardio/weight room is 4,500 sq. ft. If you prefer to workout in a group setting, we offer over 220 classes per month, including Aerobics, Pilates, Yoga, and Group Cycling.
