LEGACY MEMBERSHIP
Full usage family membership gifted to the children who are under 35 of a current HRC member. No voting privileges.

NON-RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP
Full usage family membership available to anyone living in a county that is not adjacent to Harris County. No voting privileges.

SENIOR MEMBERSHIP
A full usage family membership that is available to a current HRC member who is 70 years old and has been a member for 10 years. No voting privileges.
