Fitness at the Houston Racquet Club

At the Houston Racquet Club Fitness Center we continually strive to offer our Members the latest quality programming in the industry.  Our staff of highly qualified professionals offers group exercise classes as well as personal training in an effort to assist every member in obtaining his or her fitness goals.

Our fitness facility area has 3 main rooms, which look out onto either the swimming pools, Soldiers Creek or tennis courts. The cardio/weight room is 4,500 sq. ft. The facility is equipped with a complete circuit of Cybex strength machines for a total body workout and free weights to round out your strength options. We have treadmills, elliptical trainers, stairmasters recumbent and upright bikes for your cardiovascular training.
