Patricia is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Exercise (ACE-IM) & practiced as a Medical Doctor in Mexico, focusing on rehab treatment, prior to coming to the U.S. She is a Fitness & Kinesiology Specialist from the Baylor Sport Medicine School & is also a certified instructor in all group exercise formats, including spinning & water aerobics. Patricia has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years & studied Hatha & Ashtanga styles of yoga while in India. She also teaches Pilates Reformer and is certified through Physical Mind Institute of New York. JULIE VEISEH |
Julie is a certified Personal Trainer through the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) & has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She is also a BOSU Master Trainer/Presenter, & is certified in AFAA, BODYPUMP, BODYBAR, Hydro-Cycle, Johnny-G Spinning & is STOTT Pilates Trained. Julie has performed on Channel 2 Sunday Extra & has been featured in the Summer of 04’ & Winter of 05’ publication of Total Body Magazine. She was the fitness consultant for Lakewood Church “League of Professional Women” in 2007 & has taken her expertise abroad to Aberdeen, Scotland. Having studied Human Dietetics at the University of Houston and a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Ali has helped Houstonians get fit for over a decade. Ali served as Fitness Manager with 24 Hour Fitness, where he mentored personal trainers new to the industry. While using his extensive knowledge in nutrition and supplementation as an adjunct to training, Ali was also an herb buyer for Whole Foods. CRAIG ADAMS |
Craig is a Certified Personal Trainer through the Cooper Institute and AAAI (American Aerobics Association International). He boasts over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. Having run several half marathons, Craig exhibits knowledge in training for long distance running. He is also experienced in sports specific performance exercise, coaching in the Houston area public and private school sectors. Craig is confident in his ability to work with a wide range of people, from busy executives to stay at home parents. DONNA SMITH |
Donna is a Certified a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT) in addition to ACE (American Council on Exercise), BODYPUMP, TurboKick, & MTS (Multi-Training Systems), which focuses on heart rate and metabolic efficiencies. She has been extremely active beginning as a high school cheerleader, later training for marathons & triathlons, and continuously seeks to pursue new fitness challenges. Donna began teaching group fitness classes while attaining her B.B.A. in Marketing / Management. Amidst her professional career, she returned to group fitness instruction and personal training in the early 90’s, following the birth of her daughter, Sheridan, in 1999.

GUILLERMO PALMER |
Guillermo has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology & Political Science. He began his athletic career swimming competitively at the age of 6 in Puerto Rico and later in the US for Phi Eta Mu, Round Hill, and Dad's Club swim teams. Later Guillermo began coaching swimmers as well as playing and coaching tennis. He currently leads The Masters Swim class at HRC, which has been running since the winter of 2005 year round with consistent attendance regardless of weather.

JAMIE SMITH |
Jamie is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), American Council of Exercise (ACE), and has a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. Her specialties are functional training, core conditioning, muscle strength, endurance, power, balance & agility, yoga/pilates fusion, and sport specific training. Some of Jamie's favorite activities include exploring nature, almost any outdoor activity, running, tennis, yoga, pilates, cycling, swimming, hiking, surfing, snowboarding, and any form of "mind, body and soul" exercise. Josh has a Bachelor of Science degree, in Kinesiology and a Minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University. He is a Certified Personal Trainer by the American Counsel on Exercise (ACE). Josh holds advanced training in TRX Suspension Training and Dynamic Medicine Ball Training as well. Before coming to the HRC Josh was the Athletic Director at The Houston City Club. Josh brings his experience as a collegiate athlete to his training, focusing on functional training with explosive and dynamic movements for beginners to seasoned athletes. JOSH RODRIGUEZ |
Josh has been training clients of all fitness levels, both young and old, for the value of their health for many years. A Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), what makes Josh so unique to our staff is that he is also one of our Staff Tennis Professionals, certified through The United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA). His enthusiastic 20 plus years of competitive tennis comprised of an extensive junior nationals, high school, college and current tournament play, is what lends him to today's most popular methods of training. KAY-KAY WHITE |
In the fitness industry since 1995, Kay-Kay received her Bachelors Degree in Psychology with a minor in Dance and Physical Education in 1989. A Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), Kay-Kay also maintains Group Exercise and Pilates Certifications with Fitour. She enjoys training all ages and fitness levels and specializes in sport specific training for adults and teenagers. Kay-Kay is a former varsity track, volleyball and dance coach and has judged area high school cheer and dance tryouts. She enjoys tennis, hiking, golf, swimming and watching both her sons' athletics events. KIM JONES |
Kim is a Certified Personal Trainer through FiTOUR and has trained at the HRC since 2006 as well as taught group exercise since 2005. She teaches cycling, aqua aerobics, and muscle conditioning group classes. With an expertise in cycling, Kim has acquired other certifications such as Mad Dogg Athletics and Johnny G Spinning. Some of Kim's interests include waterskiing, wakeboarding, mountain biking, and tennis. She is presently playing on three different tennis leagues here in the Houston area. Kim’s athletic accomplishments include running anything from 10K's to 25K's in addition to competing triathlons and an MS 150 ride from Houston to Austin. Kyle is a Certified Personal Trainer through Professional Fitness Instructor Training (PFIT) and a graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Sport Management. Currently working towards a certification in Rehabilitative Exercise, Kyle began his career in Health & Fitness four years ago at the Briar Club. A former runner and basketball player, Kyle now competes in sprint distance triathlons. His goals are to help his clients attain weight loss, increase their strength and conditioning levels, increase flexibility, and in general achieve a healthier lifestyle. Marion King is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council of Exercise (ACE) since 1991, Gold Level, as well as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1996 with the Department of Health, TX. Offering her services in Houston since 1989, Marion brings a wealth of experience and information to her clients. Her continuous participation in conferences focusing on fitness techniques and physiology helps keep her informed with the latest information on fitness training practices and theory. Marion has developed exercise programs for Seniors, athletes, and both novice and experienced fitness enthusiasts. MARION STANLEY |
Marion is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is currently in pursuit of his kinesiology degree at the University of Houston. He honorably served in the US Navy, where he spent 5 years as a Search and Rescue Swimmer as well a conditioning mixed martial artists in Japan. Marion also serves as a Houston Firefighter and continues to condition a small select group of firefighters for the Firefighter Combat Challenge. Considering himself a liaison for his clients to the "active" world, Marion utilizes training techniques such as swimming, indoor rock climbing, run coaching, kickboxing, kettle bells, self defense, and even parkour a.k.a. SALLY WHITWORTH |
Sally has worked in the fitness industry for 20 years and obtained certifications in London, England as a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. Sally worked her way up from instructor to Group Fitness Coordinator in a small boutique gym in the UK before moving with her family to the US in 1998. Working in a large fitness club in Houston for 7 years, Sally became a Master Instructor for Cardio Strength Conditioning training and Group Cycle.
