The Houston Racquet Club Fitness Center continually strives to offer its members the latest quality programming in our industry. Our staff of highly qualified professionals offers group exercise classes as well as personal training in an effort to assist every member in obtaining his or her fitness goals.

Our fitness facility area has 3 main rooms, which look out onto either the swimming pools, Soldier's Creek or tennis courts. The cardio/weight room is 4,500 sq. ft. The facility is equipped with a complete circuit of Cybex strength machines for a total body workout and free weights to round out your strength options. We have treadmills, elliptical trainers, stairmasters recumbent and upright bikes for your cardiovascular training.

If you prefer to workout in a group setting, we offer over 100 classes per month, including aerobics, Pilates, Yoga, and  group cycling, For more information check out our group exercise class schedule. Should you prefer a different time of day, you may contact the instructor of your choice and make arrangements to have a class for you and your friends or family. Our members deserve extraordinary service and it is our pleasure to accommodate your requests.
