David began his fitness career in 1977 as a fitness instructor in the San Angelo YMCA. BS from Angelo State University, ACE certification, trained and certified at Coopers Clinic, IDEA certification on exercise for the aging, certified teaching pro by American Professional Racquetball Organization (APRO) and HRC athletic director since 1990.


GUILLERMO PALMER
Guillermo graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston. Taught and played competitive tennis for 13 years. Competitive swimmer for Puerto Rico Swimming (ranked 5th in the country in age-group swimming), and in the Dad's Club in Houston. Has competed in triathlons for the past 8 years. AFAA Certified.


SALLY LAMKIN
Sally has been involved in the Health and Fitness industry for over 24 years. Former Athletic Director of The Houston Metropolitan Racquet Club, Director of the Phoenix Spa at The Houstonian and Staff Nurse with the Hotze Health and Wellness Center. She enjoys starting individuals on their fitness journey and seeing the positive changes that follow. "We all have choices to make, so make the choice to be healthy! The health benefits you gain are well worth the time and effort you put forth!" Sally is also a licensed nurse and the Wellness Director at Copperfield Racquet and Health Club. ACSM Certified Health Fitness Instructor. AFAA Certified Group Fitness. AFAA Certified Personal Trainer. AFAA Certified Weight Room Specialist. Mat Science I and II. ACE Lifestyle/Weight Management. AAAI and ISMA Certified Yoga Instructor. IDEA. JG Spinning Cycling Certified.


TRAVIS STIEGMAN
Travis Stiegman is a Licensed Physical Therapist / Athletic Trainer specializing in rehabilitation and treatment programs for those participating in active lifestyles, such as tennis and golf. He has been practicing for the last 9 years in houston after graduating with a masters in physical theraphy from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri and bachelers in kinesiology from the University of Illinois @ Urbana-Champaign, where he played men's varsity golf. He hold certifications in orthopedic and sports rehab from the Institute of Physical Therapy and Golf-conditioning instruction from the Titlelist Performance Institute.


PATRICIA VILLARREAL
Patricia Villarreal has been in group exercise for the last 22 years. She graduated from Medicine University in Monterrey Mexico; she is a MD-Ph. She worked for Sinai Hospital in California for 2 years. She decided to make a change in her carrer when she came to Houston, Texas and became a Fitness & Kinesilogy Specialist; her training and license is from Baylor Sport Medicine school. She is a Certified Instructor in all formats through Afaa & Ace; Personal Trainer ACIM,PFIT,CPFT,AFAA,ACE. She is an AEA instructor (Water Inst) & Spinning through Johnny G, and star track. She has been teaching Yoga for the last 10 years and her certification was in Calcutta, India where she spent her time studying Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. She has been teaching Mat Pilates and Trained with reformer for the last 6 years in New York and Houston. She is certified through Physical Mind Institute of New York. She worked for Memorial Hermman Hospital where she taught and practiced Sport Injurys. She worked in other places like El Paso, Chevron, University Club, The Met, and Houstonian. She is a formal runner; she runs Marathons (Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Boston, San Francisco, Orlando).
