RECIPROCAL

Upon arrival at the Club, a visiting member of a reciprocal club shall present a letter of introduction from the sponsoring club to the Club’s Director of Membership or the COO. The visiting member will be treated as a Guest and a Guest card and temporary account number will be assigned by the Director of Membership.

SMOKING

The Club is a tobacco-free Club; thus, smoking and vaping are prohibited on Club property. However, the COO, pursuant to law and at the direction of the Board, may designate an area for smoking or vaping on the Club grounds solely for occasional special events when, in the judgment of the COO, such activity will not interfere with the enjoyment of the Club by other Members.

CELL PHONES, TABLETS AND LAPTOPS

To preserve the congenial atmosphere of the Club and out of respect for Members and their Guests, audible telephone conversations and use of audible electronic equipment are strongly discouraged in the common areas of the Clubhouse and in other areas of the Club when in close proximity to other Members and Guests. In certain areas of the Club specified below, audible use of cell phones and electronic equipment is prohibited. Even in locations where permitted, however, Members and Guests shall use cell phones and electronic equipment only in a non-disruptive manner that does not distract, annoy, or bother any other Member or Guest.

While using the Club dining areas or in the Locker Rooms(other than the ante-rooms in the Fitness Center Locker Rooms), use of audible electronic equipment and extended audible cell phone conversations are prohibited, and Members and Guests shall place cell phones or other electronic equipment on vibrate or in silent mode or, in the case of electronic equipment (other than cell phones), use earphones and shall hold any audible telephone conversations only for a brief duration and otherwise in a non-disruptive manner that does not distract, annoy or bother any other Member or Guest.

TEXAS CONCEALED HANDGUN ACT

No firearms (whether concealed or open carry) or other weapons are permitted on Club grounds or in Club facilities at any time except a license holder may leave a weapon out of view in a locked vehicle or, if valet parking, in a locked vehicle glovebox or trunk out of view and not accessible to the valet attendant.
